Treasures From The Trunk Of Cool

We celebrated Quebec Carnival in February when we lived in Europe. The school had all the events and the cool kids walked around with red sashes around our wastes like the Voyageurs. My Dad sewed all night to make mine extra distinctive and cool. You really can't see the writing but the hat, skate and Bon Homme are unmistakable. I really had a great Dad.

He also encouraged everything I wanted to do and that included Cubs and Scouts and Cadets. Look at all those badges. I had such potential at that age.

Some Dad's are great. We were both lucky.
Ok, so you didn't turn out to be a race car driver. You got the Specialty badge, right next to the Battle Cat. Not to mention the Van Gogh and the super power giant hand. You breathe rarefied air.

You are right Dr G. You forget the patch for swimming across the English Chanel. And the one for winning a knife fight behind the school. But I can't talk about that one. It's the first rule of knife fight club.
