Looks like we've got a space-faring team and a New York team. I didn't think the white suits of "Future Foundation" would last long, but this new variation makes me think white is going to be their color for a while.

The choice in members for the New York FF is interesting. She Hulk served previously so that makes sense. Medusa's been an ally of the team as well as has the prehensile hair so she could fit the role of Reed's stretch power or Sues forcefields easily. Black Panther seems like he might have been a better choice for Leader/Smart Guy what with his history with the team, but I guess Ant Man's more than qualified as a Marvel Mainstay Super Scientist.

Personally, I'd have probably put Silver Surfer on the team to fill the "Human Torch" role as well as be the "token teammate that doesn't wear a uniform" like The Thing did previously. Or maybe have Crystal instead of Medusa, though she and Surfer would have similar powers and personality. At least have one Inhuman so that they can bring in Lockjaw as a Team Pet.

Its odd seeing a girl's head on Thing's body. She reminds me of "Robot Monster" what with the strange head/body configuration.

I am hoping that it's Alicia in the thing robot. I also what the antman to be the 'irredeemable' version and not Hank Pymm.

Sorry...I may get blasted for this but I hate Mike Allred´s art. I think it looks campy and corny. I will never read anything where he is the artist.

Other than that rock on!

Hey. I feel the same way about Frank Miller and Rob Leifeld. To each his own. That's the beauty of art.

I have mixed feelings about Mike Allred's art style, although I haven't had too much exposure to it. Its unique and clearly influenced by the stylized nature of the likes of Jack Kirby and other Silver Age artists, but when I'm looking for a retro art fix, I usually get more satisfying results from someone like Steve Rude, Darwyn Cooke or Bruce Timm.

Speaking of art, I thought at first glance that this cover might have been by Alan Davis, but now I see that its Mark Bagely. Marvel must be using the same colorist as Davis.

Alan Davis got Marvel to use his little know creator own characters Clad Destine in the latest Daredevil Annual. Now there was a uncomfortable juxtaposition. I like Davis but he can get too 'liquid' for me if that makes any sense.

If that is a Bagley then Bagley has upped his game somewhat. It's good to see. There will be no more Future Federation once NOW begins.

Bagley drew the Fantastic Four when they guest-starred in the original run of The New Warriors. I'm looking forward to see his work with Fraction as well as Mike Allred's art in FF.

I for one am digging the Mike Allred art..althought the costumes look too damn weird... but yeah i am very interested, more than the Future Foundation costumes...

Can't get enough Alred. He, like those other highly sylized guys (Mignola) have such a fresh take on the ordinary.
