Or he is gay.

I'm feeling this one, Kal. Great find! I have copied it!

Parallel lives Coyote, parallel lives.

I thought this.

Then I got married.

Now I think this again.

Yuu found her around the world Ricky? Was she mailed to you C.O.D?

Sorry. To elucidate:

I thought this once.

Then I met someone local and thought "That's foolish of me! She's perfect!"

Then we got married and over the course of 10 years, we both changed. She's still pretty awesome; we're just not so much the same awesome anymore.

And I therefore revert back to the comic representation of longing...

...now more sadly aware that "perfect" slides on the scale of time and just because those scales intersect at the appropriate moment does not necessitate that they will flow parallel for long, if at all.

What Ricky sez is so true. I'm in the same boat but we've been married 25. Been longing longer.

My mother gave me some advice once while she listened to me bitch about a cetain girl - "Well, you could be married to her."

Scared me straight.

I really have it great right now. I really don't need any new to disappoint. Thanks for listening and responding to my whining.

I hope my 'wine' is always only the finest vintage for y'all'

Is it part of the human condition to always want the greener grass?

I know this sounds corny, but I somehow ran into mine. I don't know if she'd say the same thng, but at least she hasn't smothered me in my sleep yet..

It's testiment to her love for you that she would at least wait until you fall asleep to smother you. Most girls I know would rather face me in a battle to the death.
